Thankfully,, the internet has very effective systems for hiring outsourcers to help with your business.
One of two things is going to happen: 1) you will realize that you just do not have time to handle everything yourself or 2) you will realize that you do not have the skills you need (writing, programming, etc.)

Running a forum is, to a certain extent, a matter of trial and error. For example, in some forums regular contests are run, and the amount of activity those contests create can make it very worthwhile. It can bring additional members, some of whom might only be there to enter the contests. Others, though, are regular members anyway. and contests are a good way to reward the loyalty of those ones.
